This is for you if you’re planning to have a friend or loved one do your wedding ceremony (I absolutely love this idea, by the way!).
You know you want something meaningful and well-written, but don’t want them staring down a blank page.
On average, a wedding ceremony has about 10 distinct elements that need planning, scripting, music decisions or some kind of staging. I’ll work with you to make sure your chosen officiant is ready to hold the room, and tell your story in line with your vision.
You’ll get everything in the Clarity Sessions offer, as well as:
A completely bespoke wedding ceremony, built around your story (with 3 rounds of edits)

Here's what you can expect from the Ceremony Blueprint

As a trained coach, I’ll use a mix of techniques to hold whatever you’re bringing to the discussion and make sure this is more than a friendly chat about your wedding. After our discovery call, I’ll design a bespoke questionnaire to get to know you better, and get the most out of our session.

You’ll leave the session with ideas you can put into practice right away to make your ceremony more intentional and authentic, and some tools to help you navigate decisions as your planning continues.

Whether you’re handfasting-curious, don’t know where to start, or want to create something completely unique to you, I’ll support you to find an option that’s right for you. We’ll also work through how to incorporate any cultural or community traditions that are meaningful to you as a couple.

Whether you’ve got ‘Blank Page Syndrome’ or have the words but worry about sounding cringe (no judgement, we’ve all been there), you’ll leave the session with more confidence that your wedding vows will reflect what’s in your heart.

You can show up exactly as you are. Clarity Sessions are your time to work through the things that have made it challenging to set a direction for your wedding ceremony. But they’re also the place to get excited for your most authentic selves to shine through.

You'll have the opportunity to review everything before it's finalised. Together, we'll make sure the ceremony feels right, on the page and in the room on the day.
You might be wondering…

I wouldn’t do that to you! Your story and your special day deserve to be told with authenticity and intention. We won’t use a template, but we will start with the key elements of a ceremony (welcome, commitments, vows, ring exchange, etc,) to decide what lose, what to adapt, and what to leave behind.

I’ll write your script from scratch using the stories and details we work through in our discussions. So the ceremony will be designed specifically around your relationship and the experience you want to create for yourselves and your guests on the day.

I’ll write your wedding ceremony script so that your person can deliver it confidently. I’ll give them guidance on pacing and delivery, and talk them through how to do any symbolic elements (like a handfasting, if that’s your style). If they feel they could do with more support, I offer an extra coaching session add-on.

That’s completely up to you. Your main input will be by sharing your story and preferences with me, as well as completing a tailored questionnaire that will help me get the shape of your ceremony. Once we’ve got the key details and directions, I’ll take care of the actual writing. You’ll have the opportunity to review and request any changes before it’s finalised.

We’ll tailor the length to your preferences and the people you will be gathering. No point rushing through the ceremony if you’ve got a crowd that loves a good story! On the other hand, if there will be lots of little ones, we don’t want them squirming in their seats. Most ceremonies run about 30 minutes. Together we’ll create something that feels meaningful without overstaying its welcome.

Absolutely! We can include any tone or style of reading, unity ceremony, cultural element or family tradition. We’ll weave these into the script and overall flow of your wedding ceremony.

Your wedding ceremony will sound like you! Whether you’re warm, witty, or wistful, I’ll use language that reflects you authentically and sets the tone you want for your ceremony.

No hidden costs here! Clarity Sessions start at £250 for 1 session and £350 for 2 Sessions. Ceremony Blueprints are priced at £650, and my on-the-day Celebrant offer starts at £1,095 (I can provide a more precise accurate quote based on the location of your wedding ceremony).
